This Privacy Policy describes how I, Michael Vescovo, collect, use, and handle your information when you use my app ("the App"). I am committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about my practices.
The primary purpose of the App is to display my personal portfolio. No account or login is required to browse the App — most users will never provide any personal information at all. The only data collected from anonymous users is anonymised analytics data (described below). Account creation is only relevant if you choose to use the edit mode feature, which allows you to create your own dummy portfolio.

The App uses Amazon Cognito, provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS), for authentication. AWS may collect and process data in accordance with the AWS Privacy Notice .
You can delete your account or your app data directly within the Michael Vescovo app at any time — no need to contact me. You must be logged in to access these options.

This deletes all content you created (portfolio items, timeline entries, images) but keeps your account active so you can sign in again.
Data that cannot be individually deleted: Analytics data is collected in anonymised, aggregated form (such as screen views and interactions) and cannot be linked back to individual users. As a result, it is not possible to identify or delete individual analytics records. This data does not contain any personal information.
I retain your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal account data is permanently removed with no additional retention period. Analytics data is anonymised and retained in aggregated form; it cannot be linked to individual users and is not subject to individual deletion requests.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
